Your First Visit
During your first appointment at Neurobehavioral Health Corp, you will be welcomed by our kind and compassionate staff. We’ll start by gathering some basic health information before completing a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation that considers physical, genetic, developmental, emotional, cognitive, and social factors.
Because each patient has a unique set of circumstances, we use a wide range of diagnostic tools—including psychological, neuropsychological, and psychoeducational evaluations—to ensure a complete and accurate understanding of your needs. This may include assessments for ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dementia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other concerns.
Once testing is complete, we will carefully review and explain your results. We encourage you to ask questions and share any concerns, as we pride ourselves on transparency and open communication. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include individual therapy, stress management strategies, CBT, DBT, or EMDR—always tailored to your goals for improved health and well-being.
