A Neuropsychological evaluation assesses the brain capacities and brain-behavior relationships, identifying strengths and weaknesses to diagnose brain functions and cognitive and emotional difficulties. The assessment will use standardized tests, which include paper and pencil, computers, oral questions, and manipulating materials to assess cognitive functioning. Also, the evaluation will consist of questionaries to assess psychological aspects such as emotions, mood, personality, and behavior. In addition, the psychologist will review records, including developmental, social, academic, school, medical, and family history.
