
Psychotherapy, also known as Talk Therapy, is an evidence-based method for helping people with emotional and behavioral issues and how to learn new coping skills to face their daily challenges. There are different types of psychotherapy. We offer the most valid and effective therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Biofeedback, and Neurofeedback. Psychotherapy is usually conducted in-person or through telehealth once or twice weekly, depending on the impact on daily functioning.
